Local meetup group organiser Kat approached me looking for a logo design to establish the group's brand, coinciding with the promotion of their first event. The logo needed to evoke the values of scrum and create a strong visual identity for the group.
Logo Design - Branding
I took inspiration from retro sports team logos, as rugby is one of the primary things that come to mind when you think of the word "scrum". Associating the group with sports teams is also consistent with agile scrum principles of teamwork and cooperation.
